Hypallage

In this set, I wanted to evidence and invoke the seduction of the materials;

How we are their trail and haulm,

How we are absorbed to their grooves, as if we were their audience that clapped in silence,

How they are our embodiment and trap.

I found myself recluse of the light in this set, and that limitation gave me more freedom;

Freedom created without the control and submerged in a total randomness;

This randomness was me, the chair was the main character;

I was the didascalia and the light was speaking to the chair;

I was the mute artist.

• "We live in a different world now. At one time the whole town took a lively interest in the hunger artist; from day to day of his fast the excitement mounted; everybody wanted to see him at least once a day; there were people who bought season tickets for the last few days and sat from morning till night in front of his small barred cage" (For this set I recommend finishing this storyteller "the hunger artists" by Kafka.
• The camera used was a Sony a6000 and the photos were taken in RAW the set was taken during the night with the exposition of the street light.
